Pictured here is a 33 lb. propane cylinder with a large dent. This type of cylinder is commonly used on forklifts in liquid service. This dent is likely the result of the cylinder being mishandled or it could have been hit by a vehicle. The reason for the damage is unknown but the cylinder was taken out of service as the container integrity has been compromised.
